Warming Up the Slopes: ororo Attends the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame Celebration

When the most impactful people in ski and snowboard history gather to honor the best in the sport, ororo knew we had to be a part of the celebration to spread the warmth.
This April, we had the privilege of sponsoring and attending the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame History Celebration and Induction Ceremony at Snowbird Resort in Utah, a multi-day event that brings together the most passionate voices in snow sports to celebrate the trailblazers who have shaped the industry. ororo contributed items from our Ski and Snow Collection and Heated Gloves to the silent auction. Guests were also treated to gifts including our Heated Scarves and ororo accessories, and we were proud to provide Heated Dog Vests for the avalanche dogs on the mountain.
An Event Worth Celebrating
The U.S. Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame hosted its annual induction celebration April 8 - 11, 2026. The event featured gatherings, including on-snow tours, receptions, après events, and live music featuring Manic Focus, all leading up to the Induction Ceremony Gala. This year’s inductees represented the full scope of what makes snow sports so extraordinary.

Each honoree brought a unique contribution to the sport, but what they all shared was an incredible passion for the lifestyle, a commitment to its growth, and a deep dedication to the communities built around it.
The Silent Auction
One of the highlights of the event was the Hall of Fame’s silent auction, with proceeds benefiting the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame. We donated heated snow gear including men’s and women’s coats, gloves, scarves, and dog vests, alongside iconic ski and snowboard memorabilia and gear. The energy around the auction was enthusiastic, and we were thrilled to see so many people excited about our Ski & Snow Collection while doing our part to support the organization.
