    Automatic Site Discounts

    Promotion Codes

    Promotion codes include discount codes, coupon codes, redemption codes and other codes not listed that are applicable at checkout. Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion codes or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.


    Member Exclusive Discount/Gifts/Prizes

    Member Exclusive Discounts/Gifts/Prizes are limited to ORORO Toasty Club members only and  account signup is required before use. The Member Exclusive Discount/Gifts/ Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion codes or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. 

    Customer could redeem rewards of coupon codes or free product codes with their points. Upon redemption of points, the reward is non-exchangeable and non-returnable. For detail Member terms, please refer to ORORO Reward Program.


    E-Gift Card

    ORORO E-Gift Card is sent through E-mail and can be redeemed for purchase on ororowear.com at checkout. E-Gift Card can be used on sales items and multiple E-Gift Cards can be combined together in one order. Upon redemption, any unused balance will remain on the E-Gift Card for future purchase. E-Gift Card is not refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.


    Free Gifts

    Free Gifts are unlocked upon a certain amount of purchase or specified item added in cart. Free Gifts are to be added in cart automatically with your purchase, otherwise the Free Gifts will be forfeited. The amount of the Free Gifts may be deducted from the refundable amount if they are not returned for a full refund request.

    Other types of promotions not listed in this page are subjected to the terms of the specific sales promotions and campaigns.

    Limitations
