Don’t love your order? Return it. It’s that easy.

You may return or exchange any unwashed, unworn apparel in its original packing and tags for up to 30 days from your order delivery.

Customers in the United States may submit a return request through our Return Center. If the order is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label free of charge. Every order is eligible for ONLY ONE prepaid shipping label for free. If you need to return or exchange for twice or more, you will need to cover the extra frieght at your own expense.

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for the return shipping cost. To apply for return or exchange, you could contact us directly by e-mail at support@ororowear.com.
