Return Policy

  • Outlet items, final sale items, stickers, coaster, tote bag and free gifts items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).
  • Shipping fee is not refundable.
  •  If you need an exchange after 30 days from your order delivery, a $10 flat shipping fee will be charged to ship the exchanged item.
  • If you want to upgrade the battery of the exchange items from B19G standard battery to Mini 5K battery, a $10 upgrade fee for each battery will be charged to make up the price difference.

How to Return

US Returns:

    • Submit a return request through our Return Center within 30 days of delivery.
    • Enter your order number and email address to start
    • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
    • Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label.
      *Please be noted that every order is eligible for ONE prepaid shipping label only. If you submit the return request twice or more, or your order is outside the said 30 days window, the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund are covered by you.

      Customers outside of the United States are responsible for the return shipping cost. For orders of Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia, the return shipping cost will be borne by you. You are expected to return the products to our warehouse in China. If you need an exchange, a flat shipping fee of $10 will be charged to ship the replacement item.

      *Due to COVID-19, there will be a delay in processing all product returns as packages will be quarantined before being received and processed in our warehouse.

      *Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable
