- Outlet and other Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).
- Please be noted that a 20% restocking fee of the Heated Socks shall be charged for returns or exchanges
- Shipping fee is not refundable.
- If you need an exchange after 30 days from your order delivery, a $10 flat shipping fee will be charged to ship the exchanged item.
How to Return
- Submit a return request through our Return Center within 30 days of delivery.
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label.
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for the return shipping cost. For orders of UK, Europe, and Australia, the return shipping cost will be borne by you. You are expected to return the products to our warehouse in China. If you need an exchange, a flat shipping fee of $10 will be charged to ship the replacement item.
