Return Policy
  • Outlet and other Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • We reserves the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).
  • Shipping fee is not refundable.
  •  If you need an exchange after 30 days from your order delivery, a $10 flat shipping fee will be charged to ship the exchanged item.

How to Return

Customers in the United States may submit a return request through our Return Center. If the order is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label free of charge. Every order is eligible for ONLY ONE prepaid shipping label for free. If you need to return or exchange for twice or more, you will need to cover the extra frieght at your own expense.

Customers outside of the United States are responsible for the return shipping cost. For orders of UK, Europe, and Australia, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% for all Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges, while the return shipping cost will be at our expense. Since we can not issue a pre-paid return shipping label, your return shipping cost will be refunded as soon as we receive the return package.
