Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ororo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

To automatically enter the giveaway, participants must place an order on ororowear.com between November 27, 2025, and December 20, 2025 (local time).
Each eligible order placed during this period will count as one entry per customer.
Orders that are cancelled or refunded before the prize announcement date will be disqualified.

Prizes:

• Grand Prize (1 Winner): $1,000 Family Travel Fund + 2 Adult Heated Jackets + 1 Kids’ Heated Jacket.
  
• Second Prize (10 Winners): $50 ororowear.com E-Gift Card.

The $1,000 Family Travel Fund will be issued in the form of Delta Airline Gift Card. Winners must provide necessary information (such as name, contact details, and shipping address) as requested to process the award. Failure to provide required information within the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or returned. Winners cannot change or substitute their awarded prizes. Each participant may only win once during the entire giveaway period.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be selected after the event concludes and announced within five (5) business days following the giveaway end date.
ororo will contact winners directly via the email address associated with their order to arrange prize delivery.
If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, ororo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General Terms:

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of ororo, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
ororo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
