Terms and Conditions for USSRT Event Fundraising

By participating in ororo’s Fundraising for USSRT 2024 event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Donation & Matching Policy

• Donations start at a minimum of $5 and can be made through ororowear.com by purchasing a donation ticket.
• ororo will match the total donation amount with an equivalent value of heated apparel products, which will be donated to the U.S. Snowboard Racing Team (USSRT).
• Donations made are non-refundable and final once the transaction is complete.

2. Coupon Reward

• Each donor will receive a 10% off coupon valid for one-time use on ororowear.com, applicable to heated apparel products and can be combined with other product discounts.
• Coupons will be sent via email after the donation is completed.
• The coupon is valid for purchases made before its expiration date, which will be specified in the email.

3. Giveaway Prizes

• Each donor will get access to the giveaway of winning a customized USSRT heated vest. Two winners will be selected and announced on November 1st.
• Winners of the giveaway will be notified through email to confirm their sizes and shipping address. 
• If confirmation of the prize is not received within the specified time, it will be considered forfeited, and no compensation or replacement will be provided.

4. Use of Funds

• ororo will transfer 100% of the proceeds from donation ticket sales to USSRT within 30 business days following the conclusion of the fundraising event.
• The proceeds will support the operational and training needs of the USSRT athletes.

5. Transparency

• ororo will publicly post the donation list and the total amount donated to USSRT after the fundraising event ends.
• Donors may choose to remain anonymous on public donation lists, but must notify ororo customer service if they wish to do so.

6. Event Period

• The fundraising event begins on Oct 18, 2024 and will end on Oct 31, 2024. Donations made outside this period may not be eligible for matching or rewards.

7. Eligibility

• Participation in the fundraising event is open to all individuals 18 years or older with valid payment methods.
• ororo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any donation transaction if it violates the event's terms or conditions.

8. Privacy

• ororo values your privacy. Your personal information, including payment details and email, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Any information shared for the purpose of donation acknowledgment or reward fulfillment will not be used for marketing purposes unless you opt-in.

9. Changes to Terms

• ororo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, including the donation process, coupon offer, or event duration. Any changes will be updated on the event page and will take effect immediately.
