Warm, some improvement needed

These pants do keep your legs and hips warm, which was the goal. I found that the battery was chunky and it impeded my stride in the leg pocket. If the cord was a bit longer I would put the battery near my waist.
I find the pants don’t offer easy flexibility for outdoor hiking or walking as I would have hoped. These will work for tailgating and stadium sitting in the cold weather. Work on leg mobility and battery location.
Battery life is still something I am figuring out.

Nice Pants
Bristol Women's Heated Utility Fleece Lined Pants Black / 4
Excellent pants to overcome the cold, especially when spectating. When actively moving, I sometimes need to turn off the heat. The fleece lining is warm and cozy. The pants run a little big but are perfect if layering underneath. Overall, this was a good investment for my needs.

Disappointed with Product and Service
Bristol Lite Women's Utility Fleece Lined Heated Pants Black / 4
I accidentally ordered the Lite version of these pants, which have the new smooth lining. I bought them during the September customer appreciation month so received the special discount. I called to exchange them for the fleece lined version (same price) but was told I would have to pay full price, because the customer appreciation month is passed and they consider it a different product, not like if it was a size exchange. This is disappointing to me that they would not exchange the pants simply because the lining is different. I was further disappointed when I tried the pants on to decide if I could learn to appreciate the new lining material. Other than the waistband, the pants fit larger than the size 6 I had purchased last year - quite a baggy balloon effect. Too much tailoring needed to get them to fit decently so will be returning them.

Nice Product

Keeps my upper legs nicely warm, which is vital for me. They seem to run a bit large, but the next size down might be less roomy than I prefer. Also, they are long, as most pants are for short people like me (I'm 5'1"). Looking at hemming them in a way to retain the integrity of the zippers, or I will simply cuff them. ...Ororo, could you think about offering pants in a regular and short length?...Thank you.

I have bought my wife...
Bristol Women's Heated Utility Fleece Lined Pants Black / 10
I have bought my wife and of ororo coats and there socks. She has been waiting for them to finally get some pants. They finally got them. So I ordered her a pair for christmas and she was so excited to get them and she wears a size 10 in all different brands of pants. There size chart is for there pants is a little off. And the only ones they have that will fit are the snow pants. Wish they offered all there womens pants in a bigger size. Not all people are skinny
