This wasn’t my best experience with Ororo. I ordered a large quilted heated jacket as a surprise gift. When the package arrived it was not anywhere near that. I received an XS heated vest. I did have a good experience with customer service getting it replaced.

I love this jacket. I am always cold in our mountain house and this Jacket is perfect! It keeps me warm but looks so stylish. I would purchase in other colors as well!

Chalet Women's Quilted Heated Jacket Ivory White / M
Bought this to have a 'dress' warm jacket, as I have the heavy down jacket and the down vest. The contrasting trim gives it a neat look. Got lots of compliments on it. And of course, it's heated, which is the best thing ever.
