I received one as a gift from my husband. I loved it so much, I asked him to buy one for my daughter. She loved it so much, I bought 3 more! One for my brother, another for my brother-in-law, and another for my nephew who works outside.

Your customer service is absolutely...

Your customer service is absolutely the most horrendous that I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life and I was in business for 45 years in a business that was built on Customer Service and the fact that when the original jacket came and it did not work and I sent the whole thing back, including the battery and they questioned why I sent the battery back when the battery was the problem And it would be nice to call you and talk to someone who speaks English. They do answer the phone very quickly. I will say that, but the Customer Service in manners are at a minimum below minimum.

Men's Heated Fleece Jacket - Black/Army Green/Red Black / M
It's definitely a heavier jacket than I thought it would be(this is not a bad thing) and the battery is placed such that it really doesn't add any weight when worn. You can definitely feel the weight when it's held, but it wears much lighter. The heating elements worked great - this jacket will come in handy for years to come.
