Unable to use
Glasgow Heated Liner Gloves - Unisex Black / S
I recieved these gloves and the batteries are bad. I am in the middle of getting them replaced. The down side of recieving something that does not work from Ororo is you have to send them video's. Once they verify the product is bad through video they send you a label. Once they verify your product has been recieved they will then send you a replacement. This is a very long process I am going on week 2. For a second week in a row I will be unable to use this product.

Hi Anthony, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the replacement process. We completely understand how disappointing it must be to wait this long to use your new gloves. We’re already working to speed up the resolution for you. Your feedback is very valuable, and we’ll share it with our team as we work on providing better service for our customers.

(Open-box) Glasgow Heated Liner Gloves (Batteries Included) Black / S / B22A Batteries & Charging Cable
Not good quality, and doesn’t warm the import areas like fingers. Just the back of the hand. And $75 is very expensive for a open box that can not be exchanged or return, so you totally waste your money, I love the jacket I bought last year , but now I’ll buy be gloves from other brand
Reply:
Hi Jenifer. We’re sorry to hear the gloves didn’t meet your expectations in terms of warmth and performance. The heating experience can vary by fit and usage, and our team would love to reach out to take a closer look and help troubleshoot this for you. Let me know if you have further questions!

Sizing way off
(Open-box) Glasgow Unisex Heated Dralon Liner Gloves Brown Stone / M
Went by the sizing chart and ordered a small. Way too small. Retuned for a medium ( plus shipping). Still too small. Once these are not returnable I would not recommend due to poor quality control on size. Otherwise they seem great. My wife got a pair and loves them.
Reply:
Hi Wayne, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear your wife is enjoying her pair, but we’re sorry the sizing hasn’t worked out as expected for you. We’re always working to improve our size guide, and your feedback is truly valuable to us. Thank you again for your patience and for giving ororo a try.

Four stars minus, but do...
Glasgow Heated Liner Gloves - Unisex Black / M
Four stars minus, but do read on for the why. First, thank you for a product that keeps these six decade old hands from being frozen while snow skiing. I used them inside new Hestra gloves and the Ororo outer glove and while I won't say my hands were toasty, they were warm enough for skiing in the intermountain west where I live, and where skiing temps this time of the year run from single digits to the mid twenties. For this I would recommend them with a few caveats. The days I've used them started around 5 degrees and warmed to around 15 in the afternoon, for context. The battery pack sits inside the wrist and while that doesn't impede a pole plant, it did mean the gauntlet on the Ororo outer glove was very stretched and not easily pulled over the outer coat layer and the battery pouch. I would recommend ordering a size up if buying the outer glove also. Also, it meant that I unknowingly changed the temperature setting several times, this seems very easy to do. I will watch more closely in the future to avoid closing the coat cuff on the selector button. Other than those two items, the liner performed acceptably. My suggestion to ORORO would be to offer a slimmer battery pack with a reduced life, I believe this would be acceptable for some of us. These could be easily switched out mid-day and then I recommend moving the temperature controller to the back of hand to improve accessibility and away from outer coat cuff closure. Nevertheless, I would recommend the ORORO heated glove liners to keep those cold clear days on your skiing calendar. They work well of other winter outings also, like walking the dog, warming the car, you know winter activities.

Good photography gloves
Glasgow Heated Liner Gloves - Unisex Black / M
I've tried dozens of different kinds of gloves for photography. Either my fingers are cold, or they are warm and I can't use the controls on the camera. These are thin enough that I can use the controls while wearing the gloves and they keep my hands warm. I've used them in single digits, and they were OK. Only occasionally needing to turn them on the highest setting.

Disappointed
Glasgow Heated Liner Gloves - Unisex Black / M
So many problems with these liners. I have the Ororo mittens and love them but wanted to try something with a leaner profile. Liners sadly have so many issues. 1. Why battery on the bottom. Heavy battery hangs and I am using rubber bands to keep them close to my wrist. 2. Sizing off. I measured a small bit had to exchange for medium. The hand portion is fine but the area on the wrist wants to ride up and seems short from finger to palm. Also the wrist is loose, needs a strap like the mittens 3. They just aren't warm.
