Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?
Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

Excellent light weight vest. Keeps me warm. I read the reviews about the website and I am glad I did. The size does run a little on the small side. I ordered one size bigger than I normally wear and I am very happy I did that. It fits perfectly.

Runs very small unable to return
(Open-box) Women's Heated PrimaLoft® Golf Vest (Battery Set Not Included) Black / 2XL
So disappointed by the sizing on this line. Since I already have 3 batteries. I chose an open box product not realizing it could not be exchanged.

Item Was Extremely Small for an XL
(Open-box) Women's Heated PrimaLoft® Golf Vest (Battery Set Not Included) Black / XL
I bought this on open box and used the recommended sizing on the website, plus I had previously bought an XL jacket which fit great, soI ordered the vest in XL. It was so small I could not even zip it up. I think it was mis sized which is why it ended up in the open box sales. Buyer beware there are NO returns on open box even though the item was sized wrong. So I'm stuck with a vest I can't zip up and out 100.00.
