No matter where I am, I always strive to be on the move. I believe the simple act of moving your body can clear your mind, relieve stress, and help you become the best version of yourself. I enjoy moving my body in different ways, the most unique way would be through figure skating.
As an active athlete and coach, I challenge myself and my students to actively move their bodies and train their minds to reach their goals. Off the ice, I also enjoy yoga, hiking, walking with friends, strength training, and any other activity that allows me to move.

What are the best 3 words to describe yourself?
Dedicated- I strive to excel in anything I set my mind to, no matter the task. Whether it be to learn a new skating skill, to create new recipes for my clients, or to make sure I’m holding myself accountable, I dedicate my mindset and time to it.
Adventurous- I am always willing to try new things, whether it be to hike a new trail to discover a waterfall or to try a new recipe, I like to take a risk and push myself out of my comfort zone.
Ambitious- In my free time, I am still working. I have 3 jobs, but it feels like I don't work at all. I love coaching my skaters and watching them grow and accomplish their goals. I love training my clients to help them live healthier lifestyles and stay on the move. I also enjoy growing my family-owned and operated moving & storage company with social media.
My favorite activities in my free time include watching tutorials, reading exercise science articles and research, and continuing to learn to grow myself and my brand.
