ororo Field Tester Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This program is open to individuals who are:
  • Aged 18 years or older
  • Legal residents of the United States (US), Canada (CA), or the United Kingdom (UK)
  • Submitting an application on behalf of themselves
• Each individual may only apply once during the program period.

2. Selection Process

• Submission of the application does not guarantee participation. ororo reserves the right to:
  • Select testers based on internal criteria, including but not limited to customer history, activity level, region, or product fit.
  • Assign specific products for testing purposes.

3. How to Participate

• Selected testers will be notified via email and are required to:
  • Place an order for the designated product via ororowear.com.
  • Cover the upfront payment for the product at checkout.
  • Submit their product review and photos within 14 calendar days of receiving the item and get a 50% refund for the testing product of your order.

4. Product Review Requirements

To qualify for a full refund:

• Submit a written product review of at least 300 characters.
• Provide at least two (2) clear product images, ideally showing usage in a real-life setting.
• Reviews and images must be submitted via the designated form or reply email provided by ororo
• Submissions must be completed within 14 days of delivery.

5. Refund Policy

• Upon successful submission of the review and images that meet the criteria above:
  • ororo will process a 50% refund of the product’s purchase price within 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
• If the submitted testing content fails to meet the review criteria, the 50% refund will not be granted. Participants may either keep the product as paid or request a return in accordance with the original order policy and timeframe.

• Once your submitted review is approved and the 50% refund has been issued, the order will be considered finalized and no further returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for the tested product.

6. Warranty Policy

• All products purchased and tested under the ororo Field Tester Program are covered by ororo’s standard warranty policy.
• The warranty coverage and duration remain the same as for regular purchases. Please refer to the product page for detailed warranty terms and conditions specific to each item.

 

7. Termination & Disqualification

ororo reserves the right to disqualify or terminate a participant’s eligibility at any time if:

• The participant fails to provide the required review or images
• The provided review is found to be plagiarized, fabricated, or does not meet basic quality standards
• The participant fails to follow deadlines or instructions
• Any attempt is made to abuse or manipulate the program

8. Usage of Submitted Content

By participating in the program and submitting a product review and images:

• You grant ororo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use your submitted content (text and images) for marketing, advertising, and commercial purposes
• This includes but is not limited to use on ororowear.com, emails, social media, and promotional materials

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the application form for the New Product Testing Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms and conditions listed above.
