I lost the battery charger for my winter jacket, called Ororo for a replacement, and left a message for a return call. My call was returned by a helpful and professional woman who had to look at some length to find the proper battery charger and cord that I needed because my coat is an older model. She found it and placed the order for
me. Proper item arrived, & I am ready to enjoy my wonderful & warm winter jacket-a very satisfied customer.

Received the wrong product

I ordered the battery charger however I recieved 2 batteries for hand warmers.

Poor customer service
Final Sale - Apparel Battery Charger - 5V2A
The charger works. The battery is another matter. It does not charge. Contacting customer service is a waste of time. 2nd battery to have a problem. Need to jump thru hoops. Still waiting to hear from Ororo about a refund. The apparel is good, but the batteries have a major quality issue. Would NOT recommend this brand because of these 2 issues.

Back up charger

This charger is a backup for the one we have. We love our heated vest so much that we don’t want to take a chance of not being able to keep them charged all of the time!!
