This was a warranty problem....

This was a warranty problem. The button quit working on the coat. I sent an email out to them and they sent a new coat. Thank you again very much for the great service.

Great jacket, but…
Men's Classic Heated Jacket (Apparel Only) Black / XL
Bought my wife and I a jacket for Christmas. They’re great…however mine didn’t fit. I was shocked when they told me no exchanges. No exchanges for clothes bought online during a holiday?!?! After a small amount of pushback, they ultimately accepted the exchange with a small restocking fee and got me the new jacket quickly. Love the jacket, and they ultimately did the right thing. But if they have a no exchange policy, I’d strongly consider my purchase.
