Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?
Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

Limited heating effectiveness
"Buffalo" Heated Gloves 2.0 Dark Green / M / B22A Batteries
I have mild Raynaud's so I am hard to impress. These work okay at first but I can feel the heating effect wear off while I'm out walking (about one hour at a time), then my fingers start to get cold. At least they don't get as cold as they would in even the best, non-heated, gloves from a large outerwear company.
I haven't tried the touch screen usability so can't attest to that feature. Also, keep in mind the heating elements only cover the back of the hands. Have not come to the point where they need to be washed, but I'm anxious about that (cleaning adequately without damaging heating elements). I found some wool glove liners online so I am going to try using those in tandem with Ororo.

Require more heat.
"Buffalo" Heated Gloves 2.0 Gray / L / B22A Batteries
Not going to lie, I was sadly disappointed in the gloves. Only by one aspect and that is the lack there off heat. Other than that a good glove not many gloves can you find that you can still use a cell phone with. Also good with keeping hands dry. Just they barley got even warm. Which make me sad. I have many of this company's products. Two hoodie, two coats and a bay city hand warmer. That I've had no problems with.

Cold fingers
Buffalo Heated Gloves 2.0 - White White / 2XL
The heating capacity of the gloves on high is not adaqute to keep your fingers warm. It is as simple as that .After initial warm up the gloves drop to the next lower heat level . I reset the gloves to the high level but ithe heating elements cannot provide enough heat. The outside temperature is 20 degrees. The batteries are fully charged .
This is the first winter I used the gloves.

These gloves don't work well.

These gloves don't work well. I have the vest, it works great and I love it! I was surprised to find the gloves not preforming up to the same standard. They don't get very warm and the heat source is only on the back of the hand, leaving fingers out in the cold. Not something I am too thrilled about since it was a final sale.

"Buffalo" Heated Gloves 2.0 Gray / S / B22A Batteries
Great gloves … they keep my hands warm just fine.
Do remember to turn off the heat when not using so you don’t run down the batteries. 😉
