Correct fit, warm and good look. The manual does not cover the actual jacket. The power button was in the right pocket but there was nothing that indicated where it was. Overall, excellent but better owners manual needed

Great jacket, battery life not so much
Final Sale - Men's 4-Zone Classic Heated Jacket Black & Blue / 2XL
This jacket has been great and I love the heating elements, especially in the pockets! Problem though is the battery life. The need to charge is ridiculous after wearing it for day then go to use it two days later and battery doesn’t hold a charge, so now hoping on this beautiful -20 day, it’s charged in time for me to use on my second go outside, since it was dead on the 1st.

Poor customer service
Final Sale - Men's 4-Zone Classic Heated Jacket Black & Blue / M
After receiving this as a gift for Christmas. It doesn not fit. I tried returning it but was told their customer service is ALL processed through email and they would get back to me. I did receive an email for a couple options. 1 as a credit toward something else but a processing fee and shipping was not covered. 2 refund but 25 % stocking fee. Or 3 to keep it…. It does not fit and is too heavy. I didn’t see on their website the refund policies when I ordered it. I also received an email when I bought the product for refund within 30 day but again no policy with the refund. So I’m stuck with a jacket I will have to try and sell, which is going to be hard in Florida….. very frustrated and will not recommend and will tell all my friends/family on social media to be aware of your products!

As always, Ororo products are well made, quality products. Sizes are true, and I purposely ordered this a bit large for active walking with my dog and outdoor activities.
