Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?
Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

This was a warranty problem....

Great jacket, but…
Men's Classic Heated Jacket (Apparel Only) Black / XL
Bought my wife and I a jacket for Christmas. They’re great…however mine didn’t fit. I was shocked when they told me no exchanges. No exchanges for clothes bought online during a holiday?!?! After a small amount of pushback, they ultimately accepted the exchange with a small restocking fee and got me the new jacket quickly. Love the jacket, and they ultimately did the right thing. But if they have a no exchange policy, I’d strongly consider my purchase.
