Literally, it doesn’t get very hot, even on max heat

I ordered this item as new and I was shipped a returned item. The item packaging had been opened and the battery was missing.
I returned the item as I did not want to be sent any more already opened items.

sizing is wrong

I ordered the medium jacket based on the size chart but the jacket is too big. They definitely run large and since it was on sale ororo would not even exchange it.
