Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?
Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

This vest is excellent for use in my chilly home (row home in Philadelphia, if you know you know). And it is very useful in my so so very chilly (for no reason) office. (The person who recommended it uses it to play golf all year round. 🙂)

(Open-box) Men's Heated Recycled Fleece Vest - Gray (Battery Set Not Included) Gray / M
This is my second vest from Ororo. The first vest kept me comfortable warm on my Antarctic expedition. I bought the fleece vest for my subarctic expedition and have been wearing it this winter. I get cold easily and this vest is the best. I just wear it over a longsleeve shirt and can comfortably sit outside on chilly nights. It is quite versatile and comfortable for a variety of weather conditions. Highly recommend. The open box vest I received was in perfect condition as was the open box battery. Plus the open box price was a great deal.
