In many cases these are open boxes or returns. I have never had an issue with the outlet purchased battery packs. They all work like they are suppose to. Ororo wouldn’t sell them otherwise if there were issues with them.

Replacement of Mini 5K Battery (4800 mAh)
This battery was a replacement for one we purchased 8 months ago. It was under warranty. The new battery was recieved promptly and is working well. Only thing is that the replacement battery is only warranted for the remainder of the year from the original purchased battery even though it is a different battery.

I ordered two of the mini 5k … “open box” neither came with the charge cable ! But both look to be unused and in unused shape ! One box was ripped …. That’s it !!! Haven used them as of yet but ….. hopefully they work as good as they look !

Just got the battery and new hoodie, I’m confident it will work just as well as the other two ORORO best and coat, they fleece is heavy and warm even without the heat turned on, I use my vest every day and will replace it with the same thing once I wear it out, excellent product, price and customer service, highly recommended
