Top notch all around

Amazing customer service, amazing product. This is keeping my wife warm during a polar vortex here in Minnesota. Works like a charm. Highly recommend. Shout out to their amazing customer service representatives. They helped us in a pinch, and now they’ve got a couple of lifetime customers.

the medium vest runs big. there were no instructions with the vest. Had to look it up on the internet. There is not a charging cable for the battery.

50/50 - but great customer service

I ordered two open-box batteries. One works great. The other didn't hold a charge (for even 10 seconds). Customer service was fantastic and they're sending a new one. So, over, I'm very satisfied with the battery pack. The one that works heats my vest for the whole day.

Failure to maintain charge
(Open-box) B19G Rechargeable Battery (5200 mAh)
I like the compact size, fits in the pocket perfect. However it does not hold a charge very well. The battery drains in less than an hour. The battery would be at 100% and literally drops to 96% the moment it is plugged into the jacket port. I have tried it on all three settings and it still drops rapidly.
The other concern is you’re not able to turn off the jacket to save the battery, you literally have to unplug the battery from the jacket. This is inconvenient when working outdoors.
I submitted a concern about this shortly after I started using the jacket but have not heard back from the company.
Because of the special requirements for the jacket/battery, none of my back up battery packs work with the jacket so I’m not able to use the heat element very long. Defeats the purpose of the purchase.
