FAQs

  • How to choose my size?

We recommend using the size guide (located next to the size options) on the product page to find your perfect size by comparing it to your body measurements. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@ororowear.com

  • What does “open-box” mean?

Open-box items are change-of-mind or wrong-size returns from our customers. All the open-box items are in unworn and good functioning condition with a stringent quality control procedure. We also include coverage for any defects or malfunctions of the electronic components and the batteries for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. All of them are final sale, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Can the apparel generate heat without a battery?

No, the apparel cannot generate heat without a battery. The battery provides the power needed for the heating elements to generate heat. If you don't have any ororo battery, we strongly suggest you to buy with the battery set for heating.

Review

"My husband lost weight and as a result now gets chilled while taking his daily walks...this vest is perfect to layer over and is great on the lower temp for our drafty old house. Get it! "

"I bought this for my husband and he absolutely loves it. It feels really nice and soft and is a nice color. He loves wearing this vest in the cold ice rinks when we watch our sons play hockey. I highly recommend this vest! "
