All of them are final sale, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can the apparel generate heat without a battery?
No, the apparel cannot generate heat without a battery. The battery provides the power needed for the heating elements to generate heat. If you don't have any ororo battery, we strongly suggest you to buy with the battery set for heating.

I love all of the pockets. It fits very well. I am very small and I bought the xs. It heats up very quickly. I like that the button to heat it is on the inside. Very comfortable. The zipper is a little hard to get zipped up but you can also just snap the coat together and that works well.

The sleeves are shorter than I expected so when I'm rasing my hands my hand joints opens and I feel uncomfy. Over wise, it fits well and I like the jacket quality. The battery and heating works great.

A woman at my gym raved about a fleece vest she got from your company. Then I saw Sean on Midlife Stockman wearing a vest while he worked in the cold and snow of Michigan. I am always cold, so I went online and saw this coat, with the right length, removable fur, and pockets! I am SO GLAD I GOT IT!!!! The heating elements are wonderful, I didn't turn on the heat in my car and I was nice and warm. It looks great on and is very comfortable. I can get rid of my many quilted vests and 2 jackets all of which are in good shape and can be donated.
