Open-box items are change-of-mind or wrong-size returns from our customers. All the open-box items are in unworn and good functioning condition with a stringent quality control procedure. We also include coverage for any defects or malfunctions of the electronic components and the batteries for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. All of them are final sale, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can the apparel generate heat without a battery?
No, the apparel cannot generate heat without a battery. The battery provides the power needed for the heating elements to generate heat. If you don't have any ORORO apparel battery, we strongly suggest you to buy with the battery set for heating.
