Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?
Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

Excellent heated vest
Women's Heated Down Vest - Gray Gray / S / without Battery Set
I live in the Chicago area so this is a PERFECT option to have handy for our long winters (and cold springs!) I’m 5’4” and 120lbs and opted for the S which is more on the snug side when you are also wearing a shirt and a hoodie underneath, but I like it that way. You could also go Medium for a bit more room :) I love the way it heats fast just by holding down for a few seconds the little logo button on the top left of the jacket. And turns off the same way if you get too warm. The only downside is having to recharge the battery - and more specifically, when I forget to recharge it, ha! So don’t forget to do that nightly if you wear it daily like I am these days! That said, just resting it as an every day vest is great too. It is still very cozy and warm with the down interior. Highly recommend!

Good service

I loved my first heated vest, however the battery lasted only one season. I disposed of the battery, and still wore the down vest. I met Mark from Ororo at the Orlando dog show this December. I told him I loved the product, however reviews noted short-lived batteries and lack of response from customer service, which was my experience. I provided Mark with photos of my vest and he arranged to replace it with a new one for a shipping charge only. I’m very pleased and happy the company stands behind this great product.

I love my heated vest!

All 3 of my grandchildren play hockey so needless to say I spend a lot of time in cold hockey rinks.
I love my heated vest! I plan on buying my sign and daughter in law vests for christmas.

Almost Perfect

Everything about this vest is great, except the bulkiness and placement of the battery. The battery pocket is right over the point of my hip bone, which makes it feel very awkward.

Great Product and Customer Service

The vest is wonderful! I tend to run hot so putting on a long sleeve and the vest, but foregoing the jacket is the perfect sweet spot for me. Also, customer service was super quick and kind at answering and resolving my questions about my gift card.
