Product is amazing worked awesome until had An issue within warranty period now I now heated gear doesn’t last it’s just part of what it is and does if I get two years from heated gear I am more than happy with that this one however had a flaw and was warrantied that’s awesome my only complaint is there process or the warranty it was very long and drawn out if we hadn’t like the product and how it worked so well I would have cut my losses and time and bought another brand

Works like a charm and warm pockets Oh My!
Women's Heated Jacket 2.0 (4 Heating Zones) - Black & Red L / Black & Red
Well made, warm in all the right areas. Material is sturdy but not too stiff and the warm pockets are the bomb. However, I am 5'1" and the fit is not good. I can get the sleeves altered, but the length from the shoulder to neck is too long so the collar is up around my ears and the hood, when up, starts under my nose and clears the top of my head about 3 or 4 inches. I have taken the hood off and am going to pin the collar down in hopes it softens with wear because I really like the jacket.

An Absolute Must Have
Paragon Women's Heated Jacket - Black Black / M
I originally ordered a small based on their sizing guide, but it was too small. Customer service is great. I recieved the exchanged medium in 2 days! The medium fits fantastic, the sleeves are a little too long, but it's really not that bad. I love this jacket. Heats up in no time, stays warm! Love this jacket. I will be ordering the vest in the next 6 months! :)
