I am a 36-year-old professional horse trainer and professional kid wrangler. I train top level three day eventing horses for a living and in my spare time I do all types of outdoor activities with my two kids (our favorite being dirtbike riding). I spend all day, everyday outside either on top of a horse, working on our farm, or outside with my kids on our dirtbikes.

Please share a short story about an important challenge that you've overcome (in your life, hobby, or profession):
Having young children and trying to compete at the top of the sport in three day eventing is very difficult. I am challenged daily with how to put all of my time and effort into training hard for myself and my horses. I am on the constant quest of fitness and greatness and also juggling being a good parent. Having kids has forced me to do a lot of soul searching to really focus on what I want out of life. My daily challenge is to prioritize what I want and need out of my job/sport and life and how to make those wants a reality
