FAQs

  • How to choose my size?

We recommend using the size guide (located next to the size options) on the product page to find your perfect size by comparing it to your body measurements. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@ororowear.com

  • Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?

Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

  • Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?

Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

  • What does dual-control system mean?

The dual-control system lets you manage two heating areas separately. One control (button “ororo”) powers the core heating zones in the chest and mid-back, while the other control (button “A”) controls the arm heating zones, so you can customize warmth based on your needs.

  • Is the shell water-resistant enough for light rain and snow?

Yes. The water-resistant shell is designed to help protect you from light rain and snow, and the adjustable removable hood adds extra coverage in windy or wet conditions.

  • Is this jacket durable for outdoor work?

Yes. It’s built with a water- and wind-resistant shell, four-way stretch fabric for mobility, durable YKK zippers, and lightweight FELLEX® insulation that holds warmth even in cold, damp conditions.
