Sizing issue
Women's Heated Softshell Vest - Lower Back Heating Gray / M
The vest is fine but the sizing choices are limited, and the return process is a nightmare.
If you are a petite size, forget this vest. And good luck with the return issues. it was a Christmas gift and the time issue was a problem
