Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?
Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

I sent an email.. no response.
I paid for the battery and haven't been able to wear the vest, as the battery will not even charge to where I can use the vest

Really enjoying this vest. Wish I had taken advantage of the second battery discount cuz I want to wear it all the time in this chilly Colorado winter. Only complaint is that the battery is a bit bulky although placement on the side is good.

High quality product. The fabric is nice to touch and has a little stretch which makes it comfortable. The wiring and batteries seem high quality durable build. Above what we used before from other producers.
We switched out the S for M and the replacement process was easy and customer service very friendly and helpful.

I have four Ororo heated vests and one parka. I purchased this one and oene of my other vests to wear primarily inside while watchig TV or reading. The vests in the fleece or sweater material are more conducive for inside use as opposed to the vests in the nylon material. I did have to exchange for a medium. All my other Ororo vests and coat are extra smalls or smalls. That is the reason for the four star rating instead of a five. Their sizing seems inconsistent. The exchange was easily handled and my replacement came quickly. I also am a fan of the double zipper which not all of their products have.

I recently got this heated sweater fleece vest for my aunt, and it’s been a game-changer for keeping warm in her big, cold living room. When she put it on, she immediately exclaimed, "Ah!" The sweater fleece is super soft and lightweight, making it easy to layer without feeling bulky. The heating elements work great, providing warmth to her hands, neck, and back, and the battery lasts a solid 3–4 hours. Next time, I’d consider getting her a jacket so she can wear it outdoors.

Received wrong size. Trying to exchange for correct size. Have called,and emailed. Shouldn't been so hard for a simple exchange. Waiting for approval for exchange? Not happy with process at this time
