FAQs

  • How to choose my size?

We recommend using the size guide (located next to the size options) on the product page to find your perfect size by comparing it to your body measurements. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@ororowear.com

  • What does “open-box” mean?

Open-box items are change-of-mind or wrong-size returns from our customers. All the open-box items are in unworn and good functioning condition with a stringent quality control procedure. We also include coverage for any defects or malfunctions of the electronic components and the batteries for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. All of them are final sale, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Can the apparel generate heat without a battery?

No, the apparel cannot generate heat without a battery. The battery provides the power needed for the heating elements to generate heat. If you don't have any ororo battery, we strongly suggest you to buy with the battery set for heating.

Review

"I live in the Northeast and it has already kept me warm on those cold, snowy days. I plan to use it at softball practice when we get outside in March. "

"Great product. (It) gets warm quickly, and the battery lasts about 4 hours on max heat which is good considering it's compact size. Hoodie is really nice even without the heating elements in use. Highly recommend it! "
William J. Verified Buyer
"Love the pullover Hoodie. It fits great, the material is very touchable inside and out, and it keeps me warm. It is my favorite so far, and I have many different styles. Thanks. "
