FAQs

  • How to choose my size?

We recommend using the size guide (located next to the size options) on the product page to find your perfect size by comparing it to your body measurements. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@ororowear.com

  • What does “open-box” mean?

Open-box items are change-of-mind or wrong-size returns from our customers. All the open-box items are in unworn and good functioning condition with a stringent quality control procedure. We also include coverage for any defects or malfunctions of the electronic components and the batteries for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. All of them are final sale, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Can the apparel generate heat without a battery?

No, the apparel cannot generate heat without a battery. The battery provides the power needed for the heating elements to generate heat. If you don't have any ororo battery, we strongly suggest you to buy with the battery set for heating.

Review

"Bought this as a 2nd vest, in addition to my classic one. Love that it is slimmer fit and more easily fits under a coat, or goes into warmer weather. LOVE both of these vests! "
Beth K. Verified Buyer.
"I am happy that I purchased this vest! It was not bulky and kept me very warm, even without the added layer of a coat. I went skiing recently and I was very comfortable in the cold. "
Shona H. Verified Buyer.
"I gifted this to my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. She wears it at almost all times. At home, at work, walking the dogs... I will be buying one for myself. "
