FAQs

  • Is the jacket machine washable?

Yes, the jacket is machine washable. Simply remove the battery before washing and follow the care instructions provided.

  • What does a 15K waterproofing rating mean for the snow jacket?

A 15K waterproofing rating indicates that the fabric can withstand water pressure of up to 15,000 millimeters before moisture begins to seep through. This level of waterproofing is excellent for skiing and snowboarding, providing reliable protection against snow and rain in various conditions. Jackets with a 15K rating are designed for moderate to heavy rain and wet snow, ensuring that you stay dry during your winter activities.

  • What is the significance of a 10K breathability rating in snow jackets?

A 10K breathability rating means that the fabric allows moisture vapor to escape at a rate of 10,000 grams per square meter over 24 hours. This is important for active winter sports like skiing because it helps regulate body temperature and prevent overheating by allowing sweat to evaporate. A 10K breathability level strikes a good balance between moisture management and warmth, making it suitable for high-energy activities in cold conditions.
