FAQs

How to choose my size?
We recommend using the size guide (located next to the size options) on the product page to find your perfect size by comparing it to your body measurements. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@ororowear.com
Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?
Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ORORO heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ORORO batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.
Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!
What is the difference between the PD 5K and PD 7K batteries?
Both the PD 5K and PD 7K feature USB-C fast charging and are compatible with ororo jackets, vests, pants, and hand warmers. The PD 5K is the more compact everyday option, offering a 5,075mAh capacity and 24W Power Delivery for a good balance of portability and runtime. The PD 7K is designed for extended warmth, with a larger 7,000mAh capacity and up to 30W Power Delivery, making it better suited for longer outings or when longer heating runtime is preferred.
